About Dawn

Dawn embodies the new age of mind-body fitness. She has practiced yoga for over 20 years and realized the calming aspects for her own ADHD. She completed her 200-hour yoga certificate through Prem Yoga Center and became a registered E-RYT Yoga Instructor and member of the Yoga Alliance.
She is certified with Kidding Around Yoga and Connection Coalition in trauma informed outreach yoga. Certified stretching coach. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), she is educated in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and spent over 25 years working with the autistic population in the school system.

Namaste Hearts Yoga is kids yoga program with activities that helps children navigate life’s challenges with a little more ease. We help students better understand their thoughts and emotions, to become more self-aware, and to develop more empathy for others within their community and the world around them.

Yoga for children is fun, playful with song and movement.
Parents can drop and go or wait for relaxation. Play area is provided for siblings.
Students wear comfortable clothes. Mats are provide. Please bring water bottle.
