Movement, Mindfulness & Focus Lab

Description:

Motion Lab is a movement-based enrichment program designed to help students build focus, emotional regulation, strength, and confidence through fun, structured activities. Each session blends yoga-inspired movement, obstacle courses, teamwork challenges, breathwork, and mindfulness crafts to support both physical and emotional development after the school day.

Students leave feeling calmer, more focused, and more connected to themselves and others.
