We will be talking about gratitude and all about thanksgiving. Our very special turkey breathing will help the yogis learn to

regulate their nervous systems. It is a creative and festive way for them to deep breath, making it memorable and fun. Incorporating gratitude and heart-opening poses is a beautiful way to bring the spirit of Thanksgiving into our practice. This focus on mindful breathing and open-heartedness should create a warm, calming environment for the kids. They’ll likely feel both relaxed and uplifted! The children will be bringing home fun family activities to share with their family.
