Our feelings are like our own favorite team and we get to choose how to play them. We can handle our emotions and not let them completely control us. Name that emotion, choose how to play and feel it and then cope with it. Taking walks outside, deep breathing and movements are all great for coping with big emotionsššš¤¬š§āāļø. Choose how you play.
