When your child is feeling down here are some suggestions;
To go play outside- nature and playfulness can generate many positive emotions, such has calmness, joy, and concentration.
Talk to someone- partner poses are a great way to talk and interact with your child while having fun and redirecting their behavior.
Exercise- improves mental health by reducing anxiety, depression, and negative mood by improving self-esteem and cognitive function. Kids love games and challenges. Challenge your child to a plank holding or kick a ball with them.
Eating well- is yoga beyond just poses and breathe work. Prepare a healthy or fun snack together. A well-balanced diet enhances cognitive function and impacts brain development and daily behaviors.
